Pepita is a fabric with a unique pattern that dates back to the 19th century. Initially, the fabric was used for woollen clothing in Scotland and England, and was gradually introduced into fashion design and home décor.
In 1965 Porsche used Pepita fabric for the first time in its classic 356, especially in the interior design. The fabric is often used on seats and interior trim panels to create a stylish, classic atmosphere in the interior. Some of Porsche's classic models, such as the 911 series, have used Pepita fabric as an interior material. This design not only highlights Porsche's attention to detail and tradition, but also gives the interior a more unique and individual atmosphere.
